What does an AI audit cover?
We agree the systems, journeys and risks to test before work starts. An audit can cover answer quality, source support, access boundaries, prompt injection, tool behavior and workflow failures. The agreed scope determines what is included.
What will I receive?
An audit summary, documented findings ranked by impact, limitations of the assessment and recommended next steps. Any implementation work is agreed separately.
Do you guarantee that AI will never fail?
No. An audit and monitoring can identify or help manage certain risks. They cannot establish that every future answer or action will be correct.
Does monitoring include a person watching at all times?
Monitoring runs the checks and alert rules agreed for the engagement. Automated checks, staffed review hours and response targets are separate matters and must be specified in the written scope.
Can I request a factory visit?
Yes. Use the factory enquiry form and include the site location and current challenge. A visit is arranged only after scope, access, availability and any fees are agreed.
Is submitting an enquiry a booking or a commitment to pay?
No. It starts a conversation. We agree the work, commercial terms and schedule with you separately. We do not start work simply because you submit a form.
What happens after I submit the form?
When saving succeeds, the page shows a reference number. RUBIKSCORP can review your enquiry and respond to your email address. Meetings are arranged by email using India Standard Time (IST, UTC+05:30).
What if the form cannot confirm receipt?
Your details remain in the form so you can retry. You can also choose Send by email, review the message in your email app and send it yourself to rubikscorpsi@gmail.com. Opening an email draft does not send it.
