Who handles your enquiry

RUBIKSCORP, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, uses the information you provide to review and respond to your business enquiry. For questions, withdrawal of consent, corrections or deletion requests, email rubikscorpsi@gmail.com. This is also the contact for privacy concerns and grievances.

Information you provide

The forms ask for your name, email address and message. Company and factory location are optional. They also record the type of request, a reference number, the time of submission and the version of this notice accepted. Please do not include passwords, sensitive business records or another person’s personal information.

Purpose and consent

We use these details to understand your request, reply, discuss the proposed work and arrange agreed next steps. The required checkbox records your consent for this purpose. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. You can withdraw consent by emailing us; withdrawal may prevent further handling of the enquiry. It does not change the processing that took place before withdrawal.

Storage and service providers

Form submissions are stored in Supabase, a hosted database service. The current project is hosted in the Mumbai region, India. Access is restricted to authorized administrators; public website visitors cannot read enquiry records. Hosting and network providers may process technical request logs according to their service arrangements.

For abuse prevention, the submission service temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from a network address and a rate-limit identifier derived from the email address. It does not store the raw network address in the enquiry table. Technical provider logs may contain network addresses.

Retention

Website enquiry records are automatically removed from the enquiry database after 90 days, with a daily cleanup. Rate-limit records are cleared after one day. Information moved into a separate engagement, email correspondence or records needed to meet a legal obligation follows the requirements applicable to that context. Provider backups and operational logs follow the providers’ retention arrangements.

Your choices and requests

Email us to request access to the enquiry details you supplied, correct them, withdraw consent, request deletion or raise a grievance. Include your reference number if available. We may need to verify control of the email address before disclosing or changing records. You can also ask for help understanding this notice in your preferred language.

Your rights under India’s DPDP Act

You may ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is used, ask us to correct, complete or update it, ask us to erase it, use our grievance process, and nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act for yourself. Email rubikscorpsi@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and your reference number if you have one. We will tell you what we have done. If you remain dissatisfied after contacting us, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Where data is processed

Enquiries are stored in India (Mumbai region). Our website host, the email providers you use and other network providers may process technical data or messages in other countries under their own terms. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising or profiling. US residents can also read the US Privacy Notice.

Email fallback

Choosing Send by email opens your email application with a draft containing your form details. You must send it yourself. Your email provider then processes that message, and it becomes email correspondence with RUBIKSCORP. Opening a draft alone does not save a website enquiry.

Cookies and external links

This site does not install analytics or advertising cookies or load third-party fonts. If you use the motion control, your choice is stored in this browser tab’s session storage to keep animations paused or enabled between pages. It is not sent to RUBIKSCORP. External profile and reference links have their own privacy practices. Basic hosting logs may still be generated when you visit.

Updates

If this enquiry process changes, the notice will be updated here. The version accepted with each stored enquiry is retained alongside that request.
