Privacy Notice for US Residents
Updated 28 October 2026. RUBIKSCORP is based in India. We provide this notice voluntarily so people in the United States know what we collect and what choices they have, whether or not a particular US state privacy law applies to us.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address.
- Business information: your company (optional), factory or site location (optional) and the message you write.
- Request records: the type of request, a reference number, the time of submission and the notice version you accepted.
- Technical data: a keyed hash of your network address and a rate-limit identifier derived from your email address, used only to prevent abuse. Our website host may also log network addresses.

Directly from you through the website forms or by email.
Why we use it
To review and answer your enquiry, discuss proposed work, keep records and meet legal duties. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, so Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals need no special handling.
Sensitive information
We do not ask for it. Please do not send government ID numbers, health information or financial account details through our forms.
Who receives it
Service providers that store enquiries, host the website or carry email, who may use it only to provide those services. Enquiries are stored in a database hosted in Mumbai, India.
Your rights
- Know what personal information we collected, used and disclosed, and receive a copy.
- Ask us to delete or correct personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither) and limit the use of sensitive information (we do not use it).
- Not be treated worse for using these rights. Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we will honor them.
How to make a request
Email rubikscorpsi@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and your reference number if you have one. We may ask you to confirm you control the email address you used. An authorized agent may send a request on your behalf with your written permission. We will confirm receipt and respond as promptly as we can, and within any period that applicable law requires. If we decline a request, you can reply to appeal.
Retention
Website enquiry records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Information moved into email correspondence or an agreed engagement follows the requirements of that context.
Children
Our website is for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We update this notice when our practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
